Standard learning materials and routine progress assessments are included in the tutoring fee. Families will be informed in advance if a specialized workbook, external assessment or optional resource involves an additional cost.
A minimum booking of 2 sessions is required for each program. Any program-specific duration or attendance requirement will be explained before registration.
Small-group sessions include a maximum of five students. Placement depends on compatible grade levels, subjects, learning needs, schedules and available space. If a suitable group is unavailable, families may choose one-on-one tutoring or wait for an appropriate group to open.
Families must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at the discretion of Bright Steps.
Standard tutoring rates apply to most grades and subjects. Rates may vary for specialized programs, advanced secondary-school subjects, camps, assessments or customized learning services. Any different rate will be clearly communicated and approved before registration.
